For customers that do not wish to register an account with Jaela Frederick, customers can chose the option of non register. By chosing this option, returning customers will have to re-enter your billing information.

Jaela Frederick accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card credit card through our secure site. We also accepts PayPal. (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card and eCheck) PLEASE NOTE: You do not have to have an account with PayPal to use this service. Jaela Frederick is a "Verified" member of PayPal.
Sales Tax
Tax will only be charged if the shipping address is located in the state
of Mississippi 7% tax. There is NO shipping outside of the United States
Exchanges or Returns
Returns are only allowed with an authorization number attached to the
item(s). You will receive this number after talking with customer service.
ALL return items can ONLY be returned within 2 weeks of receiving the purchase. The
item must be in as-is condition (brand new, original packing and with
all attached tags still attached to the clothing item.)NO return or exchange on Custom-Made items!

ALL On Sale items are final. There are no refund or exchange on these items.

Cancellation of Order
Cancellation of order(s) is ONLY allowed within 24 hours of purchase. Please keep in mind that some orders are custom made and made to order. Once orders are submitted, production of orders are sometimes started immediately upon submission. Therefore, once an order is placed Jaela Frederick can not guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. Please see the guidelines on Returns/Exchanges
Custom Made, Made-To-Order or Personalized Items
Because these items are made custom, there is NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE and NO REFUND or PAYPAL CHARGEBACK POLICY on Custom-Made, Made-To-Order or Personalized items. After purchasing a Custom-Made, Made-To-Order or Personalized item, you CAN NOT cancel, receive a refund, file a PayPal Chargeback, return or exchange the item.

Shipping Time and Delivery
Mose of Jaela Frederick items come directly from the manufacturer, so please allow up to 2-3 business weeks before your item ships from the manufacturer. Custom items can take up to 4-6 weeks. Also, please note that most of Jaela Frederick items will ship directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if you ordered several items, you might receive separate packages. If you receive several packages, there will be no additional shipping cost to you.
Furniture Shipping Time
Depending on delivery location, additional shipping fees may apply. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of baby cribs.
Quick-Ship Items
Items that says "Quick-Ship" will be delivered in 3-5 days.
